Delivery conditions

Orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days, unless it is a pre-order. In that case, the order will be shipped in the days leading up to the release date indicated on the product page.

If you regret your purchase (Right of withdrawal).
You have the right to withdraw from the concluded agreement without reason within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement in an unequivocal statement, for example by registered letter, fax or email.

The cancellation period is met if you send your notice of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Packaging and the condition of the item when you send it back.
The right of withdrawal expires if the item is not returned in the same condition as received and if the seal on the packaging of the CDs and LPs is broken. The item must be returned to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your notification that you have regretted the purchase.

Consequences of regret.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal in this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, but not extra costs as a result of your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

We carry out such a refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

If there is something wrong with the product (complaint).
When you shop at bibbib.store, you of course have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the product repaired or exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. In other words, you can return with a complaint up to 2 years after your purchase. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. Ci recommends that you advertise as soon as possible. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs.

When you return the item, please provide as much detail as possible about what the problem is. Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging and attach a receipt for dispatch so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Rillbar and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
Information submitted to bibbib.store is in no way passed on or sold on to third parties and we do not register any personally sensitive information. As registered with Rillbar, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to Rillbar distribution via our contact page.

At bibbib.store, cookies are used with the aim of optimizing the website and its functionality and thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.
